Job Title: CAD Design Supervisor
Reports To: R&D Manager
Location: Shanghai
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage at most 10 design engineers, assign daily works to team members, manage team members to fulfill the project team and other function design task.
Undertake other task required from management
Setup 3D Modeling&2D
Smarteam Management support
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
7 years working experience with CATIA/UG, familiar with digital mock-up experience are better
At least 2 years team leader or supervisor experience
With experience of Teamcenter/Smarteam system
Vehicle moving parts or glass & headliner design experience (Prefer)
Good skill for English
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in Catia 3D modeling
Good communication skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
