职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To Govern the Import / Export Customs Procedures and Processes Executed by ST appointed LSPs to ensure they are in full compliance with local China rules and regulations.
 2. To work on daily basis with ST appointed LSPs to meet ST"s Trade Compliance Program in co-ordination with GTCO.
3. To organized regular monthly operational review with ST appointed LSPs in reviewing and measuring the LSPs performance related to import / export Customs activities.
 4. To familiarized with organization structure of IFTZ Customs, PVG Customs and Sha Customs and engagement with key Customs personnel on import / export policies & guidelines
5. Any other work assigned by Glwo management and direct manager related to Transportation Logistics

Daily Work:
-HS code: check Customs handbook on regular base, communicate with stakeholders (GOBM, Subcon, Logistics Service Provider, LSP) about the requirements- align the HS code with Customs handbook Coordinate with Customs working schedule during public holidays;
-Coordinate inspection ( provide data sheet, seek for technical support on explanation letter)
-Coordinate with internal parties for various customs declaration, documents readiness check, communicate with consignees Customs brokers for clearance processes. Regular weekly / monthly operational review on brokerage activities of LSP FG
- Collection from Subcons located in Shanghai / Suzhou / Weihai Co-ordinate shipment collection between LSP and Subcons
Make sure PRE-ALERT sent to right mails with correct shipping details;
-Audit and validate Subcon official Invoice for inbound IFTZ clearance Ensuring
-Weekly / Monthly LSP Handbook inventory reconciliation for inbound IFTZ HS code: check with LSP on Customs handbook correctness on regular basis and communicate with stakeholders (GOBM, Subcon, LSP) about the requirements- align the HS code with Customs handbook Support urgent shipment, hand carry from shippers located at Shanghai / Suzhou (pick up, declaration, handover etc.,)
--FG Outbound from IFTZ PVG HUB Regular monitoring of LSP outbound customs process and working with LSP on reduction of random inspection HS code: check with LSP on
Customs handbook correctness on regular basis and communicate with stakeholders about the requirements- align the HS code with Customs handbook
--Regular weekly / monthly operational review on brokerage activities of LSP Co-ordinate with stakeholders for shipments under inspection and requirement by IFTZ Customs Follow up 8D report action taken by LSP
--Communicate with Customs broker /warehouse/ LSP regarding outbound shipments: damage issue/ handover issue/declaration/ handbook setoff/cargo overloaded or short loaded
--Support Tranportation Logistics outbound IFTZ activities in-coordination with LSP and airfreight LSPs Manage specifically PVG
-- HKG trucking lane including the cross border export processes
Direct subcon outbound (semi FG / FG to customers)
--Provide shipping instruction, check with destination for AD HOC/ irregular shipments Reply e-mail regarding shipment/flight schedule Follow up for urgent shipment or ADHOC
--Ensuring Outbound Clearance from Subcon is done correctly and address any issues by ST appointed LSP with regards to export clearance Inbound shipments to customers located in Shanghai / Suzhou Coordinate with origin/origin LSP on EDI/invoice/PRE-ALERT
--Declaration receipts for importers Pending GIT check Coordination for urgent declaration & delivery( contact with shippers to arrange on-site inspection)
--Coordination for damage investigation Managed LSP on timely activities and conduct monthly operation review on this activity Administrative: Yearly license renew, go to customs/CIQ/e-customs agent/ commercial committee office and license renew Billing validation 举报 分享
