主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1.Continuously establish and develop business relationships with potential and new customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in the assigned Region of Europe and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts.维护现有客户,开发新客户,不断提高所负责区域的市场占有率。
2.Contribute to the design, update and implementation of the assigned region`s sales plan and sales strategy.制定,更新和完成所负责区域的销售指标,拟定销售策略。
3.Identify and develop key accounts. Negotiation and follow up of contracts.
识别,开发重要客户,合同谈判,跟进订单。
4.Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments.掌握整个销售过程,包括收集所有客户的潜在订单量,出货,收款。与客户和公司内部相关部门紧密沟通。
5.Communication timely with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments.
及时更新给客户订单进度。
6.Coordinate with Sales Support to ensure order fulfillment.与销售助理协作,保证订单顺利执行。
7.Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and indentify new business opportunities.紧密跟踪重要客户,了解客户关于技术,财务,物流,市场支持等方面的需求,并组织公司内部资源,满足客户需求,挖掘新的商机。
8.Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trend.分析和整理客户情况,并定期预测和报告客户的发展趋势。
9.Ensure effective reporting of all activities related to the managed accounts to the superior.
向上级有效地汇报客户情况
10.Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and company’s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.
创造客户与公司建立多方位合作的机会,并确保客户为长期合作伙伴。
11.Represent the company in local and national exhibitions.代表公司参加展会
12.Handle Product certificate, Financial, Bankability, Quality and Pre and After Sales issues made to customers, including coordination of documents such as Testing Reports, Letters of Credit, Power Guard, Technical Report, New Production introduction, etc. 负责客户所需要的产品证书,财报,可融资报告,质量投诉,售前和售后服务,包括测试文件,信用证,保险,技术报告,新产品导入等等。
13.Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.了解市场信息,包括竞争对手和自己客户的情况。
任职要求 Qualifications
1.本科,市场营销及相关专业;
2.具备3-5年到欧洲的光伏销售经验;
3.流利的英语沟通能力和书面表达能力,同时具备其它国家语言能力者可优先考虑;
4.计算机操作技巧,熟悉办公软件,具备良好的外贸知识;
5.良好的沟通能力,逻辑分析,优秀的团队协作能力;
