Objective of job
? Provide dedicated compliance support for key business functions
? Identify, monitor and mitigate compliance risks in responsible business areas timely and effectively
Task & Responsibilities
? Provide compliance support for key business functions, include but not limited to:
？ Handle compliance consultation cases on daily basis,
？ Assess compliance risks in responsible areas,
？ Develop mitigation measures and follow-up with implementation
？ Deliver compliance training & communication to responsible business functions
? Support the implementation of Group Compliance and local Compliance Programs and Initiatives: Compliance Internal Controls, Compliance Risk Assessment, Check against Sactins List, Training & Communication, BPIM, WBS etc.
? Other projects as assigned by the Local Compliance Officer from time to time
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Education
？ University education required; major in Finance or Legal preferred; excellent writing & speaking in both English and Mandarin
? Experience
？ Compliance, internal control or risk management consulting experience, strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, proved capability to identify as well as mitigate the risks in complex business model and operation process.
? Specific Knowledge
？ Regulations & laws of anti-bribery & corruption; knowledge of Auto industry; project management
