职责:
Overall manage the Mfg. & Service department (incl. Sub-Lab) to achieve the production and quality goal. Ensure the safe and timely production and repair process to meet the customer needs. Organize production resources of people, production lines to meet production and service targets.管理制作和服务部门 (包括分支制作点)， 达到生产和质量目标。 确保安全及时的生产和维修流程来满足客户需求。 组织人员，技术和设备达到生产和售后服务的设定目标。
-Set up strategic plan for production and quality control对生产和质量控制建立战略性计划；
-Be able to supervise on daily work of production, quality control, ensure continuous quality improvement对日常生产和质量控制进行管理, 确保产品质量的不断改进；
- Direct or management MFG optimization to increase customer satisfactions 指导或管理对制作过程的优化，提高客户的满意度 ；
- Direct or manage manufacturing activities in production scheduling, process optimization, workshop maintain to increase MFG efficiency and lower the costs 指导或管理生产计划，流程改进，车间维护等，提高制作效率及降低成本；
- Direct and monitor Engineering projects, incl. NPI, NTI, Process optimization, Engineering changes etc.指导和监督工程项目，包括：新产品引进，新技术引进， 流程优化，工程变更项目等；
- Manage, Review, Control & approval of departmental manpower, budgets, cost and equipment requirements etc. 管理， 审阅，控制和批准部门人力需求，部门经费预算，部门成本及设备需求等；
- Direct and Lead the teams to achieve the common goals; Educate and develop the employees in the department 指导和带领团队取得共同的目标；教导和发展部门员工；
-Interface of Phonak China for the headquarter in Switzerland and other production sites around the world 做为瑞士总部和其他集团公司对中国的接口；
-Coordinate with other functions including logistics, sales, customer service, finance, etc和公司其他部门（包括： 物料，销售，客服，财务等）进行协作；
-Other assignment from Superior 完成上级交待的其他的任务。

要求:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or related field
本科以上学历， 工程相关专业
- Engineering background with extensive manufacturing experience and knowledge 工程背景，大量制造业经验和知识
- More than 5-year experiences in HA industry 五年以上制造型生产主管经验
- 2 years more of team managerial experience 两年以上团队管理经验
- Project Management experiences (critical projects) 有（重要项目）项目管理经验
- Familiar with lean-production, QA systems, etc熟悉精益生产，质量保证体系
- Quality and customer satisfaction as priority 以产品质量和客户满意为优先
- Performance driven & result orientation 以成绩和结果为导向
- Systematically and strategically thinking 能系统性地和战略性地的思维
- Good people and project mgmt. skills 良好的人员和项目管理技巧
- Good at finding problems and risk analysis 善于发现问题和风险分析
