职位描述：
目标：为公司外企来京客户提供高效完善的房屋租赁服务和一站式安家服务

工作职责：
1. 负责为公司合作外企客户提供安家服务
2. 负责安排公司客户行程和询盘事宜
3. 为公司客户及其家人提供北京基本情况介绍和房屋租赁服务
4. 高效安排公司客户询盘行程并为客户提供简单易懂，具备指导性以及细致的咨询服务

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历或同等学历
2. 中英文流利
3. 具备高端房产行业1-3年工作经验
4. 具备在团队协作的工作环境中高效工作的能力
5. 具有客户服务/销售工作经验者优先考虑

Objective: Deliver the best Relocation Services and provide the highest level of service possible to our clients moving to Beijing.

Duties:
1. Manage and coordinate relocation services rendered to corporate specific accounts.
2. .Accompany clients and their families on orientation and home search services.
3. Effectively make home search arrangements for the clients including transportation, provide
4. Customers with comprehensive, instructive and detailed consultancy services.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
3. 1-3 years experience in high end real estate market.
4. Ability to function in team environments.
5. Prior experience from Customer service/sales is a plus.
