职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help RDM team for the rate & quotation negotiation with client/ customer, be responsible to take care of specific small & medium size clients’ daily business inquiries including quotation, service requirement, shipment follow-up, issue solving…
Marketing research and telephone probing and looking for further business potential expansion, proper follow up and ensure business on board.
Assist RDM team to handle incoming sales lead and outgoing sales leads generation by building up relationship with customer and identify business potential
Work as backup for RDM’s to response services requirements to clients. Support RDM team to maintain the clients’ relationship, to understand clients’ practice and needs.
Assist team to solve complain of customers in a proper and timely manner
Centralize and collect data from RDMs, prepare ad hoc reports and presentation per dept management request.
To improve the promotion of company products to new and existing customers through a proactive approach whenever there is an opportunity for RDM’s
Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
REQUIREMENTS：
fluent in English in both oral & written
Sales-oriented
Good manners and appearance
Self-confident
experience for international logistics company is preferred
