北京招聘

1、建筑设计或相关专业毕业，本科学历或以上
2、掌握基本英语口语与写作，能与外籍建筑设计师交流
3、至少3年以上建筑设计相关工作经验
4、了解相关建筑法规与条例
5、熟悉建筑设计项目开展过程
6、有外资建筑设计公司工作背景优先
7、熟练操作AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrate, SketchUp, Indesign等相关软件
8、细心，有责任心，并且工作努力

1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、English as one of the working languages
3、At least 3 years architectural design experience
4、Knowledge of Chinese national and local architectural guidelines, standards, regulations etc.
5、Understand the design process of architectural projects
6、Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage
7、AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrate ,SketchUp, Indesign skills, knowledge of Rhino an advantage
8、Attention to detail, responsible and hard working
