职位描述：
Horeca & General

1. Development monthly & quarterly training session - target Summergate direct key customers.(20% Theories – 80 & practical program
2. Develop a “on the job sales program for F&B service” Line staff - supervisor - manager
3. Develop and actively implement a specific sales plan for nominated venue in different meal periods
4. Identify, develop and implement tools which can be used for customers to confidently sell wine in general and brand specific
5. Develops special sales skills which meet the needs of target market and adhere to the operating concept for the restaurant
6. Think about the future and create innovative ideas in order to maximize sales opportunities
7. Recognize the need for new and modified approaches which will benefit the business
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers to exceed their expectation
9. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
10. Coordinate with visiting Brand representative in house and external venue training
11. Lead WSET L1 and Level 2 (support for Level 3) in a professional manner


Wholesale - Off trade

1. Develop training plans for staff of SG wholesalers
2. Introducing AA brands and develop market awareness plans for wholesale
3. Develop and implement trainings modules for promoters
4. Actively involved in product launches


职位要求：
1. Bachelor or above, with oversea study in wine/luxury products preferred
2. Have sufficient wine knowledge and its culture, qualified WSET L3 or above holder
3. Good command of English, Mandarin
4. Skillful in MS Office, esp. PowerPoint
