Job Responsibilities
Ensure successful implementation and optimization of food and beverage production processes at the manufacturing facility in compliance with the safety, quality and efficiency goals.
- Initiating, coordinating and monitoring the product and technology development to improve products and processes in terms of quality, cost and productivity with the objective of technology and cost;
- Monitor and optimize existing production processesto ensure stable and efficient manufacturing production.
- Strong processing engineering knowledge and expertise with good understanding of quality system in food & beverage manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively with R&D and Operation team to ensure best implantation of formula in the factory
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills for factory worker
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree above with major in relevant Food Science or Chemical or Mechanical Engineer Degree；
- 5 years working experience in processes development；
- Knowledge of quality management methods, such as ISO9000,HACCP…
- Fluently oral and written English skills;
- Good communication and coordination skills and team management skills
