1.Develop PUB & Large Account clients in Shanghai .
2.Spend approximately 80% of time in establishing and growing long-term relationships with target accounts .
3.Develop and execute sales accounts plans and supporting strategies .
4.Prepare and execute plans for developing executive-level relationships with corporate accounts .
5.Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to key influencers within client’s organizations .
6.Lead preparations for major tenders and negotiate contracts .
7.Develop and manage regional sales processes, procedures, and operating standards .
8.Determine key sales KPIs and monitor reginoal performance against these .
9.Oversee regional sales reporting and data collection and maintain data/report integrity.
经验和资格:
1.Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent .
2.At least 8 years relevant work experience in sales, ideally in human resources, consulting areas.
3.Understanding or experience with corporate clients and their idiosyncrasies and buying psychology .
4.Honestly and integrity is an absolute must, and an "EF" personality - down to earth, humble but hard-working and smart .
5.Strong ability with numbers, and ability to express thoughts logically and clearly .
6.Good level of English in oral, read and write.
