Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR business partners in managing the process of identification, selection and recruitment of internal and external talent
Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent
Design and implement external candidate recruiting programs that attract top talent
Work with key leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies
Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and trends
Attract and recruit the highest calibre candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner
Manage offer management process with both candidates and Hiring Managers
Present talent acquisition strategy and updates to Key Business Leaders
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Recruitment experience, either Agency or In-House
- Experience recruiting for Corporate Functions
- Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at senior level
- Ability to run independently whilst collaborate with stakeholders globally
- Excellent communication in English & Chinese
