Company
Our client is a supplier of systems and equipment for aerospace, defense and security.
Location: Shanghai or Suzhou
Responsibility
? Be the focal point/reference regarding the topic of People Administration for our client entities in China
? Be the HR Project Manager for our subsidiary in digital identity and smart transactions in China
? Issue Labor Contract/Service Agreement/Internship Agreement/Modifications/Renewal/Off-boarding etc, and coordinate with Fesco/CIIC/payroll/administration manager etc…
? Handle the regular reporting to our client HQ & our client China HRD
? Be the backup for the payroll management
? Be in charge of some C&B and analysis projects
? Manage the healthcare topics for our client in China and entities
? Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights
? Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws
? Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement
? Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them
? Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
? Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees
? Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations
? Leads the implementation of company safety and health programs. Monitors the tracking of OSHA-required data
? Reviews employee appeals through the company complaint procedure.
? Manage the different policies of our client in China and entities and assist the HRD in establishing new policies and rules for the company
? Establish/harmonize employee handbook
? The management can at any time modify the Job Description according to the needs/priorities of the company
Requirement
? Bachelor’s degree or above
? Experience in HR for more than 2 years or relevant field.
? Ability to communicate in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. French would be a plus.
? Good knowledge of Power Point, PDF and Excel.
? Good knowledge of the group
? Rigorous, dynamic, outgoing personality
? Autonomous
? Communication skills and relationship management
? Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects simultaneously
? Ability to travel in China and occasionally overseas
