职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 确保ISO/TS16949要求在组织内部的实施，确保质量体系符合TS16949体系的要求
2. 确保顾客质量管理体系特殊要求在组织的导入和实施；
3. 支持SGS年度ISO/TS 16949审核和总部过程审核；
4. 编制内部体系/过程审核计划并依据审核计划参与ISO/TS 16949内部体系审核和过程审核，并跟踪不符合项的进展，确保不符合项及时关闭；
5. 支持工厂分层过程审核的审核跟踪不符合项的进展并验证整改措施的有效性，确保不符合项及时关闭；
6. 参与新员工质量体系&质量意识培训；
7. 定期对工厂实施质量体系相关知识的培训；
8. 支持领导指派的其它现场审核和相关工作；

Responsibilities

1. Ensure internal process to be implementing according to ISO/TS16949 requirements in organization; Ensure internal quality system according to TS16949 requirements
2. Make sure the customer’ QMS special requirement’s introduce and implement in organization;
3. Support SGS ISO/TS 16949 annual audit and sector process audit;
4. Compile internal system/process audit plan， join the ISO/TS 16949 internal system and process audit according the plan; follow-up non-conforming items to be closed timely;
5. Support layer process audit to factory and follow up non-conforming items and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure nc to be closed timely;
6. Organize the Quality system relative information training for factory regularly;
7. Join the new employee training ----Quality system & Quality awareness;
8. Support other on-site audit and relative work assigned by the manager;



岗位要求：
1. 大学本科学历
2. 英文听说读写流利
3. 熟悉ISO/TS 16949:2009和VDA
4. 经过TS内审员的专门培训，且取得资格证书
5. 有2年以上贯标经验，组织过内审
6. 质量意识强，有较强的责任心和较好的团队精神
7. 工作细致谨慎，公正客观，善于沟通

1. Bachelor degree
2. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
3. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949:2009 and VDA
4. With training of TS internal auditor and qualification certificate
5. 2 years’ working experience of standard publicizing and implementation, and experience of organization of internal audit
6. Strong quality consciousness, good sense of responsibility and good team work spirit
7. Work careful, objective and fair, good communication skills
