1.财务、金融及相关专业本科以上学历，
2.10年以上财务管理工作经验，5年以上财务总监工作经验；
3.精通现行会计准则、制度、国家相关税收政策与财务流程；
4.有投融资运作经验及能力，具有良好经历、资源背景的人士优先。
