工作职责：

1、熟悉国内国际资本市场，熟练运用投资策略并构建投资组合；
2、具备丰富的投资团队建设和管理经验，能够带领团队完成公司下达的投资收益任务；
3、熟悉并精通资产管理业务，能够根据资金性质确定不同的投资管理模式，实现投资管理目标；
4、熟悉并精通投资管理体系建设，能够根据公司资金要求，完成投资管理体系及各相关流程的建设；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够在高工作压力下完成公司交付的工作。
任职要求：

1、45周岁以下，金融、经济、投资或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、拥有证券公司、基金公司、资产管理公司或私募机构等相关职位5年以上工作经验，其中3年以上管理经验者优先；
3、拥有证券基金从业资格或相关资质；
4、在投资领域具有相当的人脉资源和业务资源者优先；
5、具备高标准的职业修养和操守、团队合作意愿、愿意主动融入企业文化和团队并积极主动开展各项工作
