【具体要求】

1．具备5年以上设计院或大型房地产公司暖通、结构、建筑、园林、精装或电气专业设计工作经验；具备购物中心、写字楼等商业公建项目设计经验者为佳，具备3年以上甲级设计院工作经验者优先。
2．专业素质突出，熟悉北京地区设计及施工规程，对房地产开发运作有一定了解， 具有较强的方案、施工图设计能力。
3.具有较强的团队协作、沟通协调意识和能力，能有效组织协调设计相关部门和设计 院等外部合作单位。
4．熟练使用计算机办公软件和常用专业设计软件。
5．具有敏锐的市场意识和较强的客户导向意识。
6．工作富有热情，具备较高的敬业度和良好的职业操守。
7．具有专业执业资格者优先。
