BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Be responsible for KOHLER Electronic products mechanical system design and parts design.
2.To establish product's reliability test procedures.
3.To implement product/Parts QTP/VTP test plan.
4.To lead KOHLER Electronic products developing programs run smoothly and successfully as NPD.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-Works on designing Mechanic-electronic appliance;
-Performs assignments of a complicated nature;
-Leads engineering subtasks involving the design, fabrication, validation, and manufacture of subassemblies, systems, processes, equipment or facilities;
-Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities;
-Receives general direction; exercises considerable discretion as to personal work details as well as the work details of other technical personnel;
-Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers;
-Coordinates activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants.

REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor's Degree in Mechancial is required.
2.Min 5 years complicated electronic products(Such as Refrigerator/Dishwasher/Vacuum cleaner /etc) mechanical design experience; at least 2 years leading design engineer roles or project leader roles.
3.Extensive knowledge in Injection mold and Machining processes; better knowledge to plastic material, sealing material.
4.Familiar with Pro/E and Auto CAD, Use tolerance calculation to achieve target functionality.
5.Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred.
6.Fluent in English including writing and oral, at leastCET-6.
7.Familiar with 6 sigma (DMAIC & DFSS), Basic Reliability knowledge.
