岗位职责
1、及时掌握材料市场价格动态，积极开拓材料渠道，确保采购材料具备价格优势且满足要求；
2、熟悉各种材料技术性能、标准以及规定；
3、根据项目要求，确保材料供应及时到位；

任职资格
1、专科及其以上学历，市场营销，建筑工程、土木工程类专业；
2、三年以上装饰行业材料采购工作经验；
3、性格开朗，有较强谈判、议价和沟通协调能力；
4、具备供应商选择、评估、考核经验。
5、优秀的成本控制能力；
6、有良好的采购职业道德和职业素养；
7、综合条件出众者可适当放宽相关要求；
8、接受过经济法、采购知识、谈判技巧、成本分析等方面的培训的优先。
