1、负责公司的法律事务，包括重要经济合同的起草、审阅；
2、参加相关的商务谈判；
3、制定各类符合法律规范的合同文本等，保障公司经营的合法性、合理性。
任职要求：
1、有律师资格证书优先；
2、有大型企业专职律师工作经验优先；
3、条理清晰，具有较强的沟通协调能力，能够承受较强的工作压力。
Legal director/manager, responsible for overseas investment:
- Responsible for legal business, including drafting and peruse commercial contract;
- Be involved in related business negotiations;
- Draft in a variety of commercial agreement that support the company’s operation appropriately;
- With legal professional qualification certificate will be first considered;
- Be methodic and have the strong ability of communication and coordination;
