1. 根据公司的战略决策及海外投资方向, 制定相关的财务目标、政策、资本运作方案并组织实施；

2. 参与对重大投资项目的风险评估、财务风险控制

3. 建立、执行、监督公司内部财务控制制度，对公司经营的各个环节进行全面、有效的财会控制；

Chief Financial Officer

1. To establish and implement the financial target, financial policy, and capital operation complied with the company’s overseas investment strategy.

2. To provide the risk evaluation and financial risk control for important investment projects

3. To establish and supervise internal financial and accounting policy; to provide effective financial and accounting control over the company’s investment business
