职位描述：
职位要求：
两年以上监控工具及系统维护经验，五年以上为佳；
精通一种或多种系统及工具管理，包括ITM6, Nagios, Netcool ；
熟悉数据库，中间件，操作系统及shell脚本；
日语可作为工作语言；

Job Responsibilities
-Provide IBM Tivoli Monitoring V6 support including Agent maintenance, Agent upgrades, Agent connectivity, Event enrichment
-First level incident response and resolution
-Problem/Change ticket management in TSRM
-Customer SLA management
-Compliance: Preparation and lodgement of the artefacts related to ITM6 infrastructure
-Team reporting: Maintain documentation of infrastructure and procedures, attend eetings related to ITM6 activities
-Establish on call rota to provide 24x7 response and restore support.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in ITM6 including TEMS, TEPS & TDW.
- Experience in Netcool/OMNIbus.
- Experience in managing an event monitoring infrastructure.
Non-Technical Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing in Japanese
- Initiative and enthusiasm. Work under pressure
