职位描述：
任职条件：
1. 增值税流程管理项目管理与监督，并落地支持；
2. 会计或税务专业本科毕业，具有“中级会计职称”或“注册税务师”证书者佳；
3. 英文读写能力良好，口语流利者佳；
4. 熟悉增值税的相关事宜（账务处理、一般纳税人办理、税控系统使用、纳税申报等）；
5. 具有5年以上增值税相关的财税经验，2年以上管理经验；
6. 能吃苦耐劳，承受工作压力，工作效率高，必要时候需要出差；
7. 有同行经验优先。

工作内容：
1. 担任增值税流程管理项目支持的项目经理；
2. 在项目总监和公司统一规范要求下为外资企业或金融企业拟定增值税管理流程；
3. 根据增值税管理流程实施增值税流程管理；
4．管理全国各银行开票专员（一线城市及其二线城市，约10人），并指导他们工作开展；
5. 协助项目总监解决外资企业或金融企业提出的增值税相关问题，并指导项目组成员解决问题；
6. 参与整个增值税流程管理项目的实施与管理；
7. 提出实施过程中的改善意见；
8. 有同行经验优先。
