Position: Senior BA

Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline

· With 5 or above years' business analysis experience in insurance, accounting or financial business areas.

· At least 2 years at the BA lead level in one big project.

· Have basic SQL knowledge

· Have good understanding in software development process

· Good command of both written and spoken English

· Having work experience in multinational company is preferable

· Experience in Life Insurance is a plus.

· Better to have automation testing or performance testing experience

Job Responsibility:

· Understand & analyze user requirement and prepare functional specification

· Communicate and coordinate with related parties

· Prepare test plan and design test case

· Lead testers to execute testing

· Prepare test report and test documentation

· Prepare user manual and conduct user training

AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIAIT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA. Our mission is to provide top-quality and cost-effective products and professional services to the AIA companies for them to make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance.

Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October of 1994, Beijing office in September of 2000 and Shanghai branch in August of 2006.
