1) Prepare and send billing to customer
2) Responsible in daily cash-book keeping and proceed daily bank/cash disbursement
3) Handle various payments, and check all expenditure are within budget and has been properly approved;
4) Prepare detailed supporting documents and work with local authorities/banks for approval on oversea payment;
5) Coordinate with local tax bureau for invoicing management
6) Assist to prepare monthly report, i.e. income analysis, AR aging report
7) Complete intercompany reconciliation within the group
8) At least 3 years' working experience.
9) Good at English writing and reading
10) Able to meet deadline and work under big pressure. Have team work spirit

AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIAIT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA. Our mission is to provide top-quality and cost-effective products and professional services to the AIA companies for them to make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance.

Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October of 1994, Beijing office in September of 2000 and Shanghai branch in August of 2006. We have more than 300 IT staff and 110 BPO staff providing supports to AIA companies in 11 locations - Australia, New Zealand, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
