Testing Manager

Responsibility:

Study existing business requirements and FS to understand system functionality
Coordinate and track testing activities within a project
Review test cases with customers
Execute test cases and report/track the test defects
Document test results and complete test traceability matrix
Be proactive regarding self training to enhance own knowledge and skills
Share experiences with new colleagues
Review test plan, effort estimation for respective areas
Review test status reporting
Prepare user manual/guide
Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and delivered in system changes
Review test plans with customers
Review complex test defects with customers
Provide periodic test reports to PM.
Work closely with the business to ensure full compliance and the end-state architecture are closely followed
Share experience with new colleagues
Develop personal back-up(s).
Manage staffs' performance including contractors(where applicable)
Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor from time to time

Bachelor Degree or above (BA, BS) Qualification must be provided.

Total: Up to 5 yearsTotal working experience must be provided.
Managerial: At least 3 year Managerial working experience must be provided.

AIA Information Technology Co., Ltd. (AIAIT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA. Our mission is to provide top-quality and cost-effective products and professional services to the AIA companies for them to make substantial and lasting improvements in their performance.

Currently we have three offices in China. Guangzhou office was established in October of 1994, Beijing office in September of 2000 and Shanghai branch in August of 2006.
