Responsibilities:
To be involved in credit planning and management issues including:
1. To establish credit policy and procedures which meet internal and local regualtors standard
2. To coordinate and manage Self Assessment, Credit Rating Control, DCF work and Five Classification
3. To manage and control reporting tasks to CBRC and other financial authorities in China.
4. To plan and conduct education program for enhancement of credit risk control function
5. To provide advice and supoort to branches in the area of credit control and credit risk management
Requirements:
1.Language ability: Be proficient in Japanese and be able to communicate freely for business purpose, and also can easily read English documents
2.Banking experiences: around 3 years experience in credit risk management or relevant areas ; Experience in branch management is preferable.
3.Qualified candidates shall be familir with local relations in relation to credit risk,and have comprehensive know ledge of credit business. Proficient in the utilization of office software; Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skill
