Base in Shanghai
英文流利，日常工作与美国团队一起，提供国外培训机会。
This position will report to the Shanghai Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Management of relationship with suppliers.
- Ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices, which includes:
---- Verification of invoice pricing
---- Securing approval from relevant business partner
---- Paying in a timely manner
---- Timely processing of employee T&E expense claims, including a review of compliance with company policy.
- Ensure correct accounting entries are recorded for all supplier invoices and employee T&E claims.
- Review bank statement weekly to ensure bank booking is on time and complete bank account reconciliation.
- Assist in period end closing activities, with specific focus on account reconciliations.
- Communicate with business/functional partners for expense review and cost control.
- VAT compliance – issue VAT invoice and invoice management.
- Other support as required by the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Qualified from well recognized university
- 3~5 years of finance/accounting experience in a multinational environment, Experience in liaison work with local tax bureaus (especially VAT) will be a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong English speaking capabilities
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP system desirable
- Pro-active person who can work independently 举报 分享
