职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责收集、整理产品（原辅材料）的相关应用信息，提前做好资源准备；
2、根据开发寻访新供应商，并组织相关部门对其进行资格评估审查；
3、根据需求寻找寻找新产品资源，分析、筛选有能力的供应商；
4、负责前期阶段与供应商谈判（合作模式/服务/价格等），签署供应商管理文件，如合同、环保保证书等；
5、对供应商进行询价、比价、议价，并上报相关信息（交货周期、日产能、最低订购量、包装要求、品质标准、价格条件等），合理降低产品成本；
6、按照要求进行原辅料订单的发送、跟进，确保产品质量按时按量的送达；
7、处理与供应商采购异常、退、换货、补偿等事宜；
8、负责日常的供应商管理和沟通，并随时掌握合同履行情况；
9、定期与供应商进行账单核对，及时报账，备底存档费用申请；
10.负责公司体系的相关工作;
11.上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：
1、大专学历及以上，印刷相关专业优先；
2、三年以上制造型企业采购相关工作经验，了解印刷生产领域相关知识优先；
3、熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件；
4、工作认真负责、严谨、有责任心；
