职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing potential suppliers, evaluating supplier capabilities in quality control, cost competitiveness, delivery performance and supplier relationship. Collecting RFQ, negotiating price and contract terms, evaluating and managing risks.
2.Releasing PO, executing daily delivery and driving vendor for performance improvement.
3.Supporting manager to follow up projects of new parts including general supply market information, sourcing strategies, RFQ, comparison, evaluation, sampling, ERP system data maintaining, joint decision making with users.
4.Updating the changes from suppliers, auditing and monitoring supplier status and their compliances in quality, environment, delivery performance, provide necessary supports to suppliers, and build a win-win relationships.
5.Incorporate and meet the company strategies changes into the purchase practices, such as quality, delivery and cost control.
6.Understanding internal quality, delivery and cost strategies, communicate mutual understanding between internal users, provide excellent sourcing services to the users departments.
7.Following company ethic codes and countries law to protect shareholders’ interests, avoiding off interest conflicts and conduct high level professional practices in dealing of business.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering.
2.1~2 years purchasing or sourcing experiences in material, mechanic or electronics manufacturer. Auto-control or machinery industries are preferable.
3.Minimum 3~4 years’ experience.
4.Good communications and negotiation skill.
5.Open and integrity.
