Purpose:

The Business Manager may direct a team focusing on Business Excellence for the Enterprise Services Business (formerly Services Operations) activities reporting to the Subsidiary Service Lead. This role serves as the trusted advisor to Services Leadership Team in the Subsidiary for all areas related to Business Excellence and Business Management, and reacts to the ongoing needs of our sales, delivery and management staff enabling the business to operate profitably, efficiently and in compliance end-to-end. The BM in a specific Subsidiary/Area participates to a larger community of peers in an Area and he/she reports in dotted line to the Area BM in order to ensure strategic coordination and alignment across the Area. The BM must also work in great synergy with the Area Operations Manager in the ROC, responsible for all the “Order to Cash” related activities to ensure smooth execution of operational activities that are fundamental to business continuity and compliancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic planning for communication flow downstream & across business unit

Development of action plans in response to MS Poll metrics

Development & implementation of other communications practices

Partnering of communications with other groups to drive visibility as appropriate to team efforts or developments

Partner with Finance to monitor & ensure fiscal responsibility. &.

Partner with Finance to ensure timely delivery of relevant information to management for decision-making & planning.

Develop and drive strategic action plans and improvement plans to drive green scorecards and improve business results
