One Garment MNC is looking for the below executive:

Finance Manager-Shenzhen

Qualifications
1. University degree major in Finance.
2. 8 years ' relevant experience with at least 2-3 years in managerial role. (manufacturing industry)
3. Strong analytical ability, independent, hands on and detailed in work
4. Excellent analytical , interpersonal and business communications skill
5. Good team player with ability to work independently
6. Strong communication skills in a dynamic and matrix organization
7. Knowledge in ERP System SAP, knowledge of ERP Planning will be advantageous
8. Good command of both written and spoken English a must

Main Tasks
1. Report to Finance Controller, lead a team with over 10 staff
2. Ensure a correct and accurate accounting according to local regulations/accounting standards
a) manage daily book keeping (AR, AP & payment vouchers)
b) review journal vouchers
c) review month-end bank/AR/AP reconciliation
d) review I/C and RPT reconciliation with group companies
e) review monthly costing reports
f) review monthly financial reports with notes
g) perform sub-group consolidation & financial statements
h) review analysis against past records/forecast results of sub-groups
i) investigate any significant fluctuation in accounts of sub-groups
3. Perform cash-flow management in an efficient manner
a) review AR aging and follow up overdue balances; and review OOH status
b) review AP payment schedule and overdue AP invoices
c) manage the utilization of banking facility summary (acquisition/repayment)
d) prepare the yearly/quarterly/monthly cash flow budget
e) monitor daily cash in/out flow and bank balances
4. Manage stock on hand (RM, WIP & FG)
a) prepare the stock list (not yet developed at DOS)
b) review stock aging and identify any slow moving/obsolete stock
c) follow up with Purchasing/TMM for any aged stock with action plans
5. Optimize the tax exposure of the Group (tax management and planning)
a) perform tax planning (subject to revision quarterly)
6. Perform annual budgeting
a) perform revision semi-yearly
7. Conduct annual audit
a) conduct annual audit and coordination
b) prepare annual reports
8. Conduct tax computation and tax returns for HK companies
