职位描述
岗位要求:
有迁移类项目或者软件部署升级类项目实施经验,英语沟通流利,还需要掌握广东话或者韩语其中一门语言。
1、Excellent Project Management skills with a PM qualification an advantage Ability to handle multiple projects
2、Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritise and succeed in a mission critical environment
3、Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver projects
4、Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with various internal and external stake holders
5、Logical thinker/problem solver who is self motivated and a strong contributor within a team
6、Able to quickly grasp and understand processes
7、Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Project or any other Project Management tool
8、Excellent written and verbal communication
岗位职责:
1、Single point of contact for customer communication during migration process
2、Liaise with all parties to create the Migration Project Plan and agree timelines
3、Ensure all customer information is documented in Siebel by the Account Team
4、Closely monitor and ensure installation dates with the IMG group
5、Closely monitor and ensure that training dates and sheet conversion dates with Client Specialists
6、Use system tools provided to monitor and track orders being delayed or blocked
7、Report and escalate process or product issues where necessary
8、Agree with customer on migration sign off and instigate removal of legacy products

The Eikon Migration Project Manager plays a key role in the successful migration of users to the Eikon desktop. The key focus of the role is to maintain efficient communication with all internal and external participants during the migration process to ensure timely migrations, and migration targets are met.
This role will functionally report to the Execution Project Manager for the Majors segment.
