职位描述
工作职责:
1) 为大型知名企业及高端私人客户提供诊所及现场医疗服务;
2) 提供包括急救服务、全科诊疗、健康管理及其他与医疗相关的工作。
任职要求:
1) 临床医学专业本科以上学历
2) 具有内科或全科执业医师资质
3) 2年以上临床工作经验
4) 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识
5) 中英文熟练,可作为工作语言,与外方员工进行沟通
Job Summary
1. To evaluate and set up new clinic
2. To be responsible for the day-to-day management of operations of the clinic
3. To supervise and develop clinic staff in order to ensure excellent service to patients and effective implementation of clinic work processes
4. Planning, coordinating, directing and evaluating the clinic / center's operational processes and procedures
5. Assuring the cost efficient and effective management of the center, delivering professional and quality patient care services
6. Ensuring corporate messages including MKT promotions and plans are delivered and executed in the center
7. Managing work performance of support staff in clinic / center including training, staff development, work distribution, performance appraisals, work schedules and commendation of disciplinary procedures
8. Insuring clinic / center's equipment are adequate, well maintained and in good working order and stocks of supplies at all times
9. Promptly identifying and resolving all operational issues and concerns regarding patient-staff communications, services, environment, facilities, equipment etc.,
10. Insuring / supervising all activities during special events, public events and treatment of VIP patients in accordance to protocols
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, allied health or related field with meaningful supervisory experience
2. At least 5 years experience in a healthcare/clinic and overseas experience is highly preferred
3. Demonstrated business acumen, outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
4. Proven experience in a customer-service environment
5. Good organization skills, take initiative and self-motivated to succeed
6. Shows compassion, and able to make wise decisions which balance the relevant issues and/or conflicts
