Task description:

• Using AutoCAD to analyze and verify customer and supplier tooling designs
  使用CAD来分析和验证客户以及供应商的模具设计
• Co-operate with inside and outside tool operations to ensure requirements are met
  协调内部和外部的模具制作，确保符合要求
• According to product and process requirements, design the automate process of mould for new product development and improvement, and write development-related tooling and equipment statement
  根据产品及过程要求，进行新产品开发及老产品改进的模具过程设计，制订相关的工装任务书和设备任务书
• For the problems appeared in test mode and processing, in accordance with the requirements of the project to modify the structure of the mould, if necessary, provide the structure of the mould to ensure proper problem solving
  对加工和试模中出现的问题，按照项目的要求修改模具结构，必要时提供模具结构图，确保问题的妥善解决
• Technical Support onsite
  对现场提供技术支持

Requirements:

任职要求:

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
  机械工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
• The engineers need to have rich experience in mould and tooling design
  工程师要有丰富的模具和工装设计经验
• Able to analyze the typical mould tooling design defects, and puts forward improvement scheme
  能够对模具工装的典型设计缺陷进行分析，提出改进方案
• Be familiar with the development of the stamping and forging tooling design
  熟悉冲压锻造工装设计开发
• Rich experience in the development of the fixture and measuring tool design.
  有检具，量具的设计开发经验
• The rich experience in auto parts mould design, manufacturing is preferred.
  工程师最好有汽车零部件的模具设计，制造经验
• Good English written and spoken
  良好的英语书写和口语能力
