Job Description:

1. Provides Sharepoint operations support, monitoring and backups, resolving repetitive and simple events and escalating more complex incident according to the standard operating procedures.

2. Provides production support with specific focus on availability, capacity, performance, security and recoverability. Performs installation and configuration, tuning, capacity planning, health checks, backups & recovery and change management according to documented standards. Troubleshoots issues and eliminates root causes thru systematic problem management practices.

3. Provides guidance on best practices and standards and supports the project teams with related activities.

4. Ensures security controls meet internal and external audit and compliance requirements.

Basic Requirements:

- At least 2 years' mandatory experience in sharepoint management and maintenance

- Solid knowledge at Sharepoint, MOSS deployment, configuration and installation, deep knowledge about Sharepoint product and architect

- Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure

- Good English communication skills in writing and speaking

- MCITP certificate is a plus.
