Responsibility
？ Independently finish switch/router product design verification according to product specification
？ Communicate with cross-function team (HW R&D/PM/BIOS/GO) to clarify designing, testing, bug, test knowledge transferring, finally achieve the specified project milestone.
？ Work through the whole product test cycle including test planning, creating new test cases, reviewing test cases and test results, executing test and analyzing test result, and reporting bug, and bug verification, finally delivering test report
？ Regular reporting test status and test fixture resource status and escalating critical issues/risk to PM and high level management team
？ Responsible for custom support from FAE/AE
？ Mentor to Junior test engineer
？ (R9) Leading a team to accomplish the project goal including resource planning, task decomposition and assignment, monitoring and reporting, and risk management/mitigation
？ (R9) Team building
Key Qualification
？ BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering or associated field
？ Minimum 4+ years’ experience in xPON, switch, router or DSL verification testing or relevant
？ Well understanding in Ethernet network principle and TCP/IP protocol testing (e.g, L2: VLAN/xSTP/Multicast/IGMP/LLDP, L3: OSPF/RIP/BGP/PIM/IS-IS/VRRP/IPv6, and QoS, MPLS, VPN, SNMP etc).
？ Skilled or experienced in using network test equipment such as, Test Center, SmartBits, IXIA, etc.
？ Good knowledge in testing at Linux OS.
？ Scripting programming in Tcl/TK, perl, python or shell is preferred
？ Familiar with Cisco, H3C, Juniper etc switch or router product is preferred
？ Certificated with CCNP or CCIE or equivalent is preferred
？ Background of environmental test and reliability test is preferred.
？ (R9) skilled in project management
？ (R9) good communication skill and leadership
