Job responsibilities 工作职责

To assist investment team in market research, financial analysis and other deal related tasks.
协助投资团队完成市场研究、财务分析以及其他交易相关的工作。

？ Conduct deal-related market research, competitive analysis, end-user surveys;
负责市场调研、竞争分析、用户调查；
？ On-site investigation of targeted properties;
负责目标项目的现场调查；
？ Coordinate with vendors and consultants for investment related information;
与供应商和顾问合作收集投资相关信息；
？ Assist in cashflow modelling and financial analysis for investment projects, in order to evaluate and identify investment opportunities based on fund investment criteria;
协助现金流模型和财务分析，根据基金投资准则来判断投资机会；
？ Assist in closing and handover process of assets and project companies acquired;
协助资产和项目公司的关闭以及交接过程；
？ Provide analysis on financial market and macro economic data to facilitate market forecasting;
提供金融市场分析和宏观经济数据,以促进市场预测；
？ Assist in financial budget forecasting and BPC consolidation.
协助财务预算预测和BPC整合。

Job requirements 任职要求

？ Education background in real estate, finance, accounting or economy, with understanding of financial modelling;
房地产、金融、会计或经济学专业， 了解财务模型；
？ At least 2-3 years working Experience in real estate fund, developer or investment bank;
有2-3年房地产、开发商或投资银行的工作经验；
？ Strong ability of communication and data analysis;
较强的沟通能力和数据分析能力；
？ Skilled in English reading and expression ability.
