Job responsibilities 工作职责
To assist investment team in market research, financial analysis and other deal related tasks.

? Conduct deal-related market research, competitive analysis, end-user surveys;

? On-site investigation of targeted properties;

? Coordinate with vendors and consultants for investment related information;

? Assist in cashflow modelling and financial analysis for investment projects, in order to evaluate and identify investment opportunities based on fund investment criteria;

? Assist in closing and handover process of assets and project companies acquired;
协助资产和项目公司的关闭以及交接过程;
? Provide analysis on financial market and macro economic data to facilitate market forecasting;

? Assist in financial budget forecasting and BPC consolidation.

Job requirements 任职要求
? Education background in real estate, finance, accounting or economy, with understanding of financial modelling;

? At least 2-3 years working Experience in real estate fund, developer or investment bank;

? Strong ability of communication and data analysis;
