Responsibilities & Duties
l Manage the relationship with business and handle stakeholders’ communication;
l Manage allocated projects/enhancements for agreed schedule and budget
Define the scope of work for each new project/enhancement, estimate work efforts
l High level design of the architecture as well as the detailed design.
l Evaluate and solve project/enhancement related risks and issues
l Identify tasks and responsibilities for assigned team members
l Ensure and track quality and progress of deliverables
l Conduct lessons learned for project/enhancement
Skills, Experience, and Educational Background
l Bachelor degree in computer science or above
l 3+ years of experience in a technical project leader role
l Fluent English communication capability and experience in working within a globalized environment
l Good documentation and presentation skills
l Familiar with Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Directory Integrator, Oracle Directory Server, or similar products
l Good knowledge in web application development and related interfaces.
l Solid understanding of major Database Management system and related development including ORACLE DB Server and PL/SQL language
l Familiar with different software development methodology and good knowledge in CMMI is preferred.
l Good at self-management, quick study, and problem solving and team work
