职位描述：
1、熟悉工程构造和施工工艺做法的内容，能够有效表达施工图，并满足施工和工程预算的需要；
2、熟悉建筑设计规范、消防设计规范，熟悉建筑装饰构造、装饰材料施工工艺，能独立进行方案深化和施工图设计；
3、具备一定设计能力能独立完成小型项目整套设计工作；
4、结合扩初所表达的设计正确完成施工图，做法合理经济；
5、在项目经理的安排下可以完成总图的相关设计工作；

二.任职要求：
1、设计类相关专业背景；
2、1-3年商业空间设计深化及施工图经验；
3、良好的沟通能力，理解并深化主设计师的设计意图，善于团队协作；
4、工作作风严谨敬业、客观准确、细致踏实、学习能力强、责任心强；
