Integration Engineering Services, IES (was known as Solutions Engineering) is seeking a strong leader to lead the Integration Engineering Program Management team.

Position Overview and Job Responsibilities
? Articulate overall Engineering PM group goals and ensure team ownership/understanding; drive definition of initiatives and success metrics for achieving those goals; ensure group goals and strategy map clearly to overall Global Services and NI goals and strategy.
? Drive definition of metrics that all projects should track; monitor and ensure project owners communicate these metrics to appropriate stakeholders.
? Define, track, and communicate key portfolio-level metrics to appropriate stakeholders.
? Own IES EPM team brand; forge relationships and communicate with key partner groups within NI, including worldwide Global Services team, Sales, Systems Engineering, Application Engineering, R&D, COEs, etc.
? Manage overall projects budget.
? Act as coach/mentor, manage performance, and aid in career development for individuals on team; drive continuous learning initiatives for the team; work with Corporate PM Manager to ensure consistency in EPM performance management, learning, and development.
? Drive prioritization, development, and maintenance of global tools, systems, and processes to support the above.
? Direct hands-on involvement in projects and work directly with PMs supporting them as needed to get projects completed successfully.
? Triage of opportunities and resources based on frequently changing needs.
? Proactively communicate with and visit customers to maintain relationship and support sales/PM, handling customer escalations and requests as needed.
 
Qualifications
? 7 years as a Program Manager or relevant experience.
? Proven track record of strong decision-making and leadership
? Bachelors degree in Engineering
? Strong knowledge of NI products
? PMP or higher certification
? Ideal candidates also have:
? Team management experience
? Budget management experience
? Strong understanding of business financial concepts
