We are looking for a Mandarin speaking Customer Service Executive - Late Shift to join our dynamic, pleasant and international work environment. As a Customer Service Executive - late shift, you will be working 40 hours per week from 4 pm to 1 am each shift and will be responsible for handling pre- and post booking (hotel reservations) inquiries.
You are also an intermediary between customers and the hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
? Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by e-mail and fax;
? Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
? Assist hotels/guests to arrange special requests;
? Liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;

Required Skills:
? Excellent communication skills;
? Problem solving skills;
? Sense of responsibility;
? Independent and customer focused.
? Our ideal candidate is:
? Native Mandarin speaker;
? Fluent in written and spoken English (IELTS 6.0 or CET 6
preferred);
? Available Full-time (40 hrs/week) and flexible in work schedule
(including weekends and public holidays);
? Experience with internet and hotel industry is desirable.
