职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously.
2. To be the first point of contact for the customers, service providers and colleagues.
3. To document all matters related to each customer assistance service request.
4. To play the role as coordinator role in the course of service delivery to our clients.
5. To ensure adherence to standard Customer Service Standards and Procedures set by Company or Client.
6. Provide quality assistance service solutions to the customers.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree and above;
2. Proficient English capability, third language is an advantage;
3. Strong communication skill;
4. At least one year customer service experience;
5. Available to work weekdays and weekends and able to do day and night shifts;
6. Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals).

The Person
· Degree/Diploma qualification with 2 years' working experience, and be computer savvy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals)
· Proficient in English
· Be able to work on night shift,per roster schedule (this is th basic requirment with the frequency oof 4-5 night shifts/month,make sure you can do before your application)Special night shift allowance is entitled.)
· Experience in call centers, assistance companies and/or hospitality industry an advantage
· Enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock services
· Willing to learn
· Planning and organizational ability, excellent spoken and written communication, and good customer interaction skills
· Empathetic towards people who need help with an eye for detail and a passion for service and results
· Able to thrive on high stress situations involving multi-tasking and quick thinking to deliver services and emergency responses to our clients in need
