职位描述：

REQUIREMENT:

1. College degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years relative working experience in multinational forwarding company.
3. Good freight forwarding knowledge and familiar with ocean operations process and requirements.
4. Excellent computer skills.
5. Detail oriented.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Sense of customer service.
8. Time management skills.
9. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Summary
* Keep smooth communication with customers and global agents for cargo transportation.

* Supply good service to customers and agents.

1. Accept booking and confirm the booking information is right with shipper.
2. Coordinate with shipper about the preparation of cargo, ETD, ETA, etc.
3. Send shipping advice and pre-alert to agents on the cargo transportation with related information.
4. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo.
5. Assist in tracing and following up cargo to seaport to ensure prompt delivery of freight.
