职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责项目的装修装饰工程投标工程量核算工作；
2、项目投标文件的图纸及相关材料整合分析；
3、配合与公司采购询价；
4、完工项目的整理归类；
5、完工项目的劳务结算。

任职资格：
1、工程造价、工民建等相关专业专科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉装修装饰工程施工工艺，熟悉预算定额及其他各种计价方式，具有一定现场施工经验、熟悉各种装饰材料的市场价格；
3、熟练使用办公软件及预算软件；
4、为人正直、讲原则、责任心强、吃苦耐劳；
