职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责总裁办公室的管理，保障总裁办公环境舒适；
2、负责总裁授权的对内对外的文件管理工作，包括但不限于起草、翻译、收发、整理、转签、传达、汇报、存档工作；
3、负责授权内的重要活动会议的组织、接待，参会的会议纪要工作；
4、负责广泛收集国际国内金融产业政策信息，归类整理编发，将要情、摘编等及时提供给公司领导，供决策参考；
5、负责协助总裁的日常安排、出差准备等工作；
6、负责总裁到访客人的接待工作；
7、根据工作需要，陪同总裁参加商务谈判；
8、总裁交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，中文、文秘、英语等相关专业；
2、2年以上金融行业总裁秘书、总裁助理、董事长秘书等岗位经验，具有日程安排、公关、接待、文书起草等方面实践经验；
3、具有较强的文字功底，能起草各类文书；
4、熟悉商务礼仪，具有良好的沟通协调能力，能灵活处理各种接待工作；
5、英语能作为工作语言；
6、具有较强的应变能力，能灵活处理各种突发事件，口齿伶俐，会察言观色，思维敏捷；
7、具有优秀的执行力、服从精神，保密意识强；
