职位描述：
Vecor is an organisation who leads in innovative, advanced, green technology. They are currently in an exciting new phase of their development in China and are seeking a CFO to join the team.

Key responsibilities:
- oversee and ensure the development of sound financial structure and controls within the existing facility and JV facility
- be key leader and partner to both the local general management and regional finance leadership
- lead and execute accounting compliance, financial planning & analysis, business intelligence
- partner with business leaders and finance community to identify business key performance indicators, developing and adapting forecasting as necessary
- participate in company’s decision-making on strategies, investment and other major decisions
- lead monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc forecasting, establishing and communicating process deliverables and driving execution
- work closely and provide financial related support to regional business leaders for new business & marketing expansion and partnership deals
- establish and maintain an effective relationship with government officials where necessary to assist in the continued development of this technology in China
take ownership and responsibility of local grant applications and debt-funding from Chinese institutions

Key requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related areas, or MBA focusing on finance
- possesses a professional qualification such as CPA, AICPA, and ACCA
- familiar with tax, internal control, AR/AP, fixed assets, cash and bank, as well as financial and management reporting, planning and business development
- experience in managing within both JV & WOFE
- highly organised and detail oriented
- ability to read and write English and Mandarin is essential
- have the capacity to develop and maintain senior level relationships and provide direction and influence at that level
- experience in a fast growing SME or fast-paced market highly preferred
- entrepreneurial candidates with an ability to develop structures within an ambiguous and fast-changing business highly preferred
