职位描述：
Task and key responsibilities：
- L2 and L3 Ethernet protocol porting and development.
- New SW feature coding, document writing.
- Customer support and fault debugging.

Key Measurements of Performance：
- Finish the WBS on time.
- The quality of the products delivered.
- The work efficiency.
- Active, responsible and willing to learn.
- Knowledge accumulation and ability improvement.

Education Requirements：
Bachelor above

Work Experience Requirements：
3 year experiences for bachelor；1 year experience for Master and above

Critical competencies enable leapfrogging competitors：
- Ability of quick learning.
- Active, responsible, passion and willing to learn.
- Solid basic skills, such as programing skill.

Critical competencies specific to the function：
- Experience with Switch and Network Security SW design.
- Solid knowledge and experience on SW coding.
- Know Agile software development process/method.
- Experience in telecom area.
- English read/write ability

Specific requirements：
- Finish the detail task on time with high quality.
- Learning ability to keep up with the knowledge development
