Work responsibility: Account Management/sales. Account Manager will have key account management responsibilities for existing customers and responsibility for development of new accounts within the wind turbine industry and the Chinese energy sector in general (Chinese market).

Account Management Qualifications:
? Strong business development skills.
? Confidence in executing all phases of the sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, proposal etc.).
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Develop/maintain sustainable relationship with customer's key decision makers and facilitate relationships on executive/senior level between customers and management.
? Sales experience from the Wind Power Industry is a requirement and experience from selling services (manpower) is a plus.
? Meet with new and existing accounts weekly and proactively review all ongoing business, service projects, service issues.
? Willingness to travel nationwide.

Acquisition of new customers/business development:
? Experienced in developing new accounts.
? Systematic prospecting of new accounts in the renewable energy sector (primarily wind energy) and in the Chinese energy sector in general.
? Identify customer needs, influence, generate and create demand.
? Develop a 1-2 year sales strategy in cooperation with General Manager.
? Quickly acquire an understanding of customer's organizations by departments, function, overall strategy and key programs.

Requirements :
? Experienced in selling to Wind Turbine manufacturers and/or Wind Farms.
? Bachelor or related degree in Sales or Engineering.
? Demonstrated ability in business development/new account development.
? Minimum 4 years experience in a account management role.
? Good English language skills (writing essential).

Salary based on experience (commission based), expect RBM +6.000 (base on experience).

Preferred start date July/ Aug 2012.
