JOB BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS/岗位要求
1. Bachelor and above in Science or Engineering
2. 1-2 years (or more)’ process engineering experience in Si wafer polishing (prime wafer or Reclaim). Hand-on polishing experience is required.
3. Experience of Si wafer manufacturing environment is preferred
4. Hard working and for self-learning under high pressure
5. Work independently at customer sites for demo
6. Proactive, initiative and a good team player
7. Good presentation and PC skills, especially on Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Support customer demos, provide customer service and sustaining to the customers in China.N RESPONSIBLITIES
1. This position requires independent working capability both internally with the development team and at the customer site. He or she should understand the technical background and direction in the application assigned by the application’s manager or higher level.
2. Responsible for characterizing the product in the capacity of operating equipments, collecting and analyzing process data, and summarize and communicate the result between the product development team and the field support.
3. Know how to design experiments to find root cause and solve technical issues with customers.
